1. Who is Recutation for?

Our site is a platform where job seekers and employers can find and share reviews of experiences with individual recruitment consultants. It aims to provide insights into the recruiter and the service they have provided. Our unique recruiter search allows job seekers and employers to find recruiters who have provided good service to similar candidates and clients in their sector/industry.

2. How can someone leave a review?

To leave a review it is super simple - find your recruiter and hit "Write a review". You will receive a unique link to an email of your choice fill out the required fields and submit your feedback.

3. Can I review a recruiter even if I haven't been placed or hired from them?

Yes, you can! We welcome reviews from all job seekers and employers from any point in the recruitment lifecycle - whether you were hired or not. Your insights on the how recruiters conduct throughout the process will be very valuable for others in similar positions.

4. How are reviews moderated?

Our team reviews submitted reviews to ensure they meet our guidelines. We check for spam, inappropriate content, and ensure that the feedback is relevant and constructive. Reviews that don’t meet our standards will be edited or removed. If you see any inappropriate reviews please contact support@recutation.com ASAP.

5. How many reviews can I leave?

As part of our commitment to prevent falsification of reviews and rating, you can only review a recruiter once. If you need to amend or delete a review please reach out to support@recutation.com and we will be more than happy to help.

6. Is it possible to remain anonymous when leaving a review?

Yes, your review will be displayed using a name of your choice - this could be anonymous, 1st name only or initials. However we urge our reviewers to be open and honest about their identity, so the recruiter can identify and relate to the feedback.

While we allow users to leave reviews without displaying personal details, please note that our site requires a valid email address and to pass a CAPTCHA test in order to leave feedback.

7. How can I report a review that I believe is inappropriate or false?

If you come across a review that you believe to be inappropriate or false, you can report it by emailing support@recutation.com.

8. How does the site ensure the accuracy of reviews?

We rely on a community-driven approach where multiple reviews and feedback help paint an accurate picture of the recruiters service. We encourage reviewers to provide honest and detailed feedback to ensure the information is useful.

9. Can recruiters respond to reviews?

Yes, Premium Account Recruiters have the option to respond to reviews. This feature allows them to address concerns, provide additional context, or clarify misunderstandings. Responses from recruiters are displayed alongside the reviews.

10. How can I find the best recruiters to help me find hirers or hires?

You can use our search and filtering tools to browse recruiters based on various criteria such as industry, location, and review ratings. Reading detailed reviews and comparing recruiters can help you identify the best agent to help you achieve your career or hiring goals.

11. Do I need to pay to use this site?

Our site is available for free to employers, job seekers and recruiters. We do offer paid premium accounts for both single and multi-user agencies, which offer additional features - all which can be found on our pricing page.

12. What if I leave my current agency?

Unlike most review sites which are company led, our platform allows users to maintain/update their profile if they change agencies - keeping ownership and visibility of their reviews throughout their recruiting career.

If you have a Premium Recruiter Account through a business agency subscription, your account will automatically revert to a Free Recruiter account - but have the option to buy an individual Premium Account or be re-assigned to your new employer.

13. What if I leave the recruitment industry?

You can cancel your subscription at any time and your account can be closed using "Close my Account" in your details page or removed upon request, by emailing support@recutation.com.
